4. When lifting the winch in the main inclined shaft or belt downhill, the lifting winch lane should be "no pedestrians, no pedestrians". It is strictly forbidden to walk in the winch lane. 5. Before each shift, the unhooker and signalman should carefully check whether the acoustic and optical signals of the lifting system are complete and intact. Check whether the links and binding pins of each car body are hung up, and whether the hanging buttons and binding pins are tied in place. Only after ensuring safety can the car body be lifted and released. 7. When it is necessary to transport extra long materials such as rails and pipelines through the main inclined shaft, it can only be transported manually, and it is strictly prohibited to use tramcars or material racks to lift and transport by winches. When manually transporting rails and pipelines, the following provisions shall be followed:

○ 1 pedestrians or others are strictly prohibited from doing other work in the shaft. All personnel should hide in the self-defense cave to ensure safety before manual handling

8. When lifting and placing large equipment and materials down the hill in the auxiliary inclined shaft and track, there must be on-site instructions from the mine leaders and safety officers on duty, and special material buckets must be used for loading and placing. Large equipment such as transformers, water pumps, gearboxes (reducers), scraper heads, rails, various pipelines and other large materials should be bound and fixed on the frame to prevent people from being taken off or thrown away on the roadway during the lifting and placing of the inclined shaft

9. When transporting materials, the construction and operation personnel of anchor spray, ditch and bench must comply with the provisions of articles 1 to 8 of paragraph (2) above.
