Guangxi Jiakai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a 6000 ton annual output industrial coating project in Liujiang County emerging industrial park, Liuzhou city. It is proposed to build a new paint production workshop and supporting auxiliary facilities, and build a domestic advanced paint production line. The production plan mainly includes car paint, truck paint, engineering machinery paint and heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint. The company covers an area of 73.699 Mu and the construction investment is 46.0372 million yuan

II. Discharge of major pollutants and environmental protection measures of the construction project

⑴ wastewater

the sewage produced in the production process of the project includes equipment cooling water and a small amount of staff domestic sewage. The equipment cooling water is recycled and not discharged, but only the evaporation loss is supplemented

⑵ exhaust gas

the atmospheric pollutants of the project are mainly organic gases volatilized by organic solvents. Due to the closed operation of the process operation process, the volatilization of organic solvents can be minimized through the synergy between the three

the construction unit plans to set up an air supply and exhaust system in the paint production workshop and warehouse, and an activated carbon adsorption device is added to the exhaust system to adsorb organic solvent gas with activated carbon. After treatment, the waste gas is discharged through a 15m high exhaust funnel. After the treatment of the organic waste gas of this project, the emission concentration of xylene and non methane total hydrocarbon meets the requirements of GB "standard for comprehensive emission of air pollutants but three stars have a special preference for plastics, which is also quite rare in the industry"

⑷ noise

the production noise source of the proposed project is mainly the noise generated by air compressors, horizontal sand mills, high-speed dispersers, platform color mixing cylinders, air compressors, automatic solvent delivery lines, etc., with a noise value of 72 ~ 95 dB. The air compressor station building is set independently, and the working room and operation room are separated, and the wall adopts the Mullah wall. The air compressor adopts a low-noise screw air compressor, and a muffler is installed at the air outlet to reduce the noise. The equipment adopts independent foundation, vibration pads, wall sound absorption and insulation, and operators wear protective plugs, protective masks and other prevention measures. III. analysis of environmental impact prediction results
